WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for junior lawyers interested in a 12-month contract who:
- are two-years qualified;
- have trained at a good law firm;
- have in-house experience of the investment management sector; and
- have an excellent working knowledge of at least three of the following:
- investment management agreements;
- distribution agreements;
- custody agreements;
- administration agreements;
- UCTIS and non-UCTIS funds;
- private equity funds;
- real estate funds.

THE WORK:
Working within the team to assist with all aspects of our advisory services and courses, including without limitation:
- investment management agreements;
- distribution agreements;
- custody agreements;
- administration agreements;
- UCTIS and non-UCTIS funds;
- private equity funds;
- real estate funds;
- commercial contracts;
- legal research; and
- writing and proofing legal articles.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The first round interview process will be a telephone interview with two members of the team. Candidates successful at this first stage will then have a second round interview with managing director, Emma Cleveland.
Please note that we require all successful candidates to undertake an unpaid week’s trial, before being offered a 12-month contract.
