We are a proud partner of The Investment Association’s Engine Programme. In 2018 we helped to set up the Engine Programme which saw the first cohort of Engine Innovators join the programme back in October 2018. The Engine Programme provides firms in the FinTech/RegTech space with access to the Engine Advisory Panel and mentors, networking opportunities and ultimately exposure to potential investors.

Cleveland & Co is proud to support the Just Finance Foundation, the UK’s national financial literacy charity. Our CEO and Global General Counsel, Emma Cleveland, sits on the Foundation’s board, reflecting a partnership rooted in shared values. Emma is a committed advocate for financial education, and the Foundation’s mission to ensure every child has the opportunity to build lifelong financial wellbeing aligns closely with her personal convictions and with our own belief in widening access and opportunity across the financial sector.

The Just Finance Foundation is a national charity dedicated to improving financial education so that every child and family has an equal opportunity to thrive. Across the UK, many young people leave school without the financial skills and confidence they need for future study, work and life. The Foundation is on a mission to change that.

Through its flagship LifeSavers programme, the Foundation puts age-appropriate learning materials into the hands of teachers and children in primary schools, reaching 551 schools nationwide in 2025. Its whole-school approach provides resources and training for teachers, support for school savings clubs, and a wider community model that involves parents, credit unions and others in helping children develop a healthy relationship with money. The Foundation is a subsidiary of the Church Urban Fund and is a registered charity in England and Wales (1172050) and Scotland (SC053095).
