Andrea has gained experience across both in-house and private practice environments, most recently as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at a renewable energy investment platform and previously at KPMG Abogados. She has supported clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and completion of both domestic and international M&A transactions. Her work includes advising on share and asset acquisitions, drafting and negotiating SPAs, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions involving external counsel and internal stakeholders.
Despite being relatively early in her career, Andrea has taken on significant responsibility in complex transactions, including supporting the acquisition of operating companies and SPVs, preparing investment committee materials, and aligning legal structures with commercial and financing objectives.
