Cordelia Hughes

Cordelia Hughes is Chief Growth Officer at Cleveland & Co, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy, client acquisition, client development and market expansion initiatives. She works closely with the executive team to support sustainable growth and ensure that business development initiatives align with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

Cordelia brings over 27 years of experience in sales, relationship management and leadership roles within organisations supporting the financial services sector. Her work has focused on solutions for investment banks, asset managers and global insurance firms, with particular expertise in cross-border asset management operations, regulatory communications and global product distribution.

Throughout her career, Cordelia has led global sales teams delivering solutions across corporate finance transactions, cross-border fund distribution, product marketing campaigns and regulatory compliance programmes. She has significant experience managing international client relationships and supporting organisations that require complex multilingual product content for marketing, regulatory documentation and distribution across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Cleveland & Co, Cordelia held senior sales leadership roles in financial printing, financial solutions software and language services organisations. In these roles, she worked with many of the largest cross-border asset managers, overseeing technology and service solutions supporting regulatory initiatives. Cordelia has worked extensively with clients across EMEA, APAC and North America, helping asset managers manage global product content, regulatory disclosures and investor communications across jurisdictions.

She brings an open, collegiate leadership style to organisations, combined with a collaborative and client-first approach to building long-term client relationships.

Outside of work, Cordelia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is passionate about travelling, cooking and reading, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the arts, often spending weekends at the cinema, theatre and art exhibitions.
