SDR Deep-dive 6. Distributors

In our final guide on the sustainability disclosure regulations established by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”), we look at Distributors. The FCA intends to impose a couple of obligations on distributors who offer products to retail investors:

1) They must provide sustainable investment labels and consumer-facing disclosures to retail investors,

2) In cases where products do not utilise a label, the distributor will be obligated to grant retail investors access to the consumer-facing disclosure.
