On 14 July 2023, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) released ‘Draft guidance for business’ (the “Draft Guidance”), focussed on improving the integrity of environmental and sustainability claims made by businesses, ensuring consumer protection from greenwashing.
