We are thrilled to announce that Tanja Listar will be joining Cleveland & Co in Australia, within the next couple of months, to take on a leadership role as our new Managing Director, APAC.
Tanja brings with her a huge wealth of global experience in the Investment Management industry in Australia, Asia, UK and Europe, from roles at Maven Securities, Morgan Stanley, Herbert Smith Freehils and BT. She will be a keystone of the firm’s future growth plans over 2023 and beyond, and will take on the relationship management of our existing clients as well as wider practice management responsibilities. Tanja’s joining marks an exciting step change in our growth story in Australia and reflects Cleveland & Co’s growth ambition within the market in APAC.
Tanja takes over from Andrew Goldstein who joined Cleveland & Co in the early stages of the setup of the Australian business and has been a key figure in supporting its initial growth. As the business continues to grow and our client base continues to expand, the need to balance wider practice management with client-facing delivery is ever more important. Andrew’s passion is engaging with clients and working to solve their legal challenges, and that is where he wishes to focus going forward. To that end, Andrew will be moving back into an in-house role where he can dedicate himself to working on legal issues, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
