After 8 years of dedicated service, Leela Fair has decided to transition her career beyond financial services law. With almost two decades of experience, Rowena brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to her new role, with an extensive background in investment management. In her role as Managing Director and General Counsel EMEA, Rowena will be instrumental in driving Cleveland & Co’s growth and success in the region. Prior to joining Cleveland & Co, Rowena has held prominent leadership roles at Janus Henderson, Invesco and Schroders. Her track record of success and her commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to the leadership team.
