Patrycja Hart joined Cleveland & Co in 2025 as a Business Operations Manager, bringing with her a dedication to enhancing internal processes and fostering a positive, people-centred working environment. She enjoys streamlining day-to-day operations and supporting cross-functional initiatives designed to improve overall organisational efficiency. In her position, she oversees operational planning and collaborates closely with teams to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of business objectives.

Patrycja’s expertise spans business process improvement, strategic human resources, and team leadership. She has played a key role in projects such as refining onboarding experiences and implementing practical systems to strengthen internal collaboration.
