Leela Fair announced as Managing Director for EMEA region!

We are excited to announce that our current Acting Managing Director EMEA, Leela Fair, has officially accepted the role of Managing Director for EMEA!

Leela is a glowing example of our values and continues our culture of the ‘sky’s the limit’ when it comes to a career at C&Co. Since joining C&Co just five years ago, Leela has demonstrated herself to be a talented and inspiring lawyer. She quickly progressed and was promoted to Director in 2019, then took on the role of Acting MD EMEA in 2021 before officially accepting the role in 2022.

Over the last year, Leela has been instrumental in our continued UK operations whilst our CEO, Emma, was in Sydney launching our Asia-Pacific hub. Leela’s determination and level-headed leadership enabled our London office to not just continue but thrive.

The whole team, are so thrilled for Leela and her well-deserved promotion. We know she will continue to achieve great things with Cleveland & Co!
