David Balchin joins Cleveland & Co as their first Global Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to announce that Cleveland & Co has appointed its first Global Chief Operating Officer as we welcome David Balchin to the team. David has over 15 years’ experience in operational and delivery roles across a wide range of sectors and was most recently Global Business Operations & Risk Management Director at consultancy firm, Baringa. David’s appointment will provide leadership for all non-legal functions across the business and will therefore allow the legal team to focus on delivering excellent client service. At Cleveland & Co, David will work closely alongside our CEO, Emma Cleveland, supporting her with the implementation of company strategy, including the continued growth of our teams in Sydney and London to provide a global, round the clock service to our clients.

David is widely recognised as an experienced operational executive and his drive and determination will make him a key part of Cleveland & Co’s continued global expansion.
