Cleveland & Co Appoints Anne-Marie Botha as Managing Director, Corporate

Cleveland & Co is delighted to announce the appointment of Anne-Marie Botha as Managing Director, Corporate, marking a key milestone in the firm’s continued expansion. Anne-Marie’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening the leadership team as we enter our next phase of strategic growth and global scaling. 

With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in professional services, Anne-Marie has held key roles at EY, PwC, and other global firms. She brings a rare blend of commercial strategy, operational excellence, and business development expertise. Throughout her career, she has led transformational initiatives, built high-performing cross-functional teams, and delivered results through a clear, collaborative leadership style. 

A Chartered Accountant and trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, Anne-Marie’s depth of experience across markets and disciplines makes her uniquely placed to support Cleveland & Co’s long-term commercial ambitions. 

In her role as Managing Director, Corporate, Anne-Marie will work closely with CEO Emma Cleveland and General Counsel Rowena Hill to lead Cleveland & Co’s global corporate operations, including finance, HR, IT, marketing, business development, and legal operations. She will play a central role in executing the firm’s growth strategy, enhancing our international platform, and ensuring the strength and scalability of the firm’s operational foundations.
