Sonica Choudhary joined Cleveland & Co in early 2022 to support our Operations team with all things recruitment and HR-related. At Cleveland & Co, Sonica is responsible for managing our recruitment process from start to finish, everything from drafting our job specs and maintaining our talent pipeline, to successfully inducting new joiners. She is also a cultural champion for our firm and helps support the team in achieving and realising Cleveland & Co’s values.
Sonica has over 10 years’ experience in the field of HR and has a wealth of knowledge and skills in areas such as: employee engagement, employment law, recruitment strategies and learning and development. Sonica has worked in a variety of industries such as construction, hospitality and medical, honing her HR skills and is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Sonica is known for her discreet professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with people at all levels of an organisation.
When she is not helping to shape a super C&Co team, Sonica likes to meditate and read books about spirituality and healing.
