She has over 12 years of experience in sustainable investments, regulation and corporate law, including public concessions, infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance, sustainable finance, and M&A transactions.
Natália is a qualified Brazilian lawyer, effective at developing creative solutions for complex investment cases. She rapidly understands complex technical concepts in key areas such as engineering, economics and finance, providing innovative and consistent solutions to reconcile legal, technical, and business issues. She has a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in regulated environments and risk assessment. She focuses on alternative investments that add and preserve economic value for her clients.
