Maria Donoso assumed the role of Business Operations Coordinator at Cleveland & Co in January 2024, overseeing the Operations and HR Department at the London office. In this role, she plays a vital part in supporting our team amid its continuous growth while ensuring the maintenance of up-to-date systems with a focus on compliance, reporting, processes, procedures, and data analysis.

Hailing from Ecuador, Maria is a qualified lawyer with a rich background encompassing 4 years of experience in IP, Corporate, and Real Estate Law. Before joining our firm, Maria served as an Associate at Perez Bustamante & Ponce, an Ecuadorian law firm. There, she advised on various corporate, IP, and Real Estate processes, steering numerous large-scale transactions and managing legal documentation and regulatory issues.
